Vgo Associates nasce con l’obiettivo di creare “Sculture funzionali” che privilegino il messaggio piuttosto che l’estetica o lo stile, per dar vita ad una controcultura che si distacchi profondamente dal materialismo imperante dell’ultimo secolo. In un mondo che ha tutto, dove cose e parole si accumulano, la galleria propone una nuova forma di Animismo che invita ad interagire diversamente con gli oggetti che popolano il nostro quotidiano.
Gli Associates sono dei pensatori liberi, artisti rinascimentali in grado di andare oltre al loro ambito di interesse.
Le opere, come se fossero stelle cadenti, arrivano da menti, luoghi e situazioni indipendenti l’una dall’altra, ma messi insieme queste creano dei legami umanistici e segnali utopistici su cui porre nuove basi abitative e futuri atti performativi.
La durabilità è uno degli aspetti fondamentali a cui mirano i progetti della galleria in termini di sostenibilità per l’ accrescimento di società autonome e radicali in un percorso ibrido che segue la visione di un mondo libero dalla vaquità, rispettando l’ambiente ed il modo semplice e puro di vivere ed interpretarlo, supportando le piccole produzioni locali per il recupero dell’artigianato.

Vgo Associates was born with the aim of creating “functional sculptures” that privileges the message it describes with itself rather than hedonism, aesthetics or style, to give life and counterculture that stands out from the prevailing materialism of the last century. In a world that has everything, where we accumulate things and words, the gallery offers a new form of Animism that invites us to interact differently with the objects that populate our daily lives.
The Associates are free thinkers, Renaissance artists capable of going beyond their area of interest. The works, similar to shooting stars, come from minds, places and situations independent of each other, but if you put them together they create humanistic ties and utopian signals that found new housing bases and future performative acts.
Durability is one of the fundamental aspects to which the gallery ‘s projects aim in terms of sustainability for the growth of autonomous and radical societies in a hybrid path that follows the vision of a world free from vaquity, respecting the environment and the simple way and pure to live and interpret it, supporting small local productions for the recovery of craftsmanship.***
